Historic Walnut Street Bridge (Looking Downstream)

Built in 1890, the 2,376 ft. bridge was the first to connect Chattanooga's downtown to the North Shore of the Tennessee River. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on 2/23/1990. At 129 yrs. old, the old bridge still is a beauty to behold.
