Black-headed Grosbeak (Pheucticus melanocephalus)

Hardy Falls Regional Park

Peachland, BC

Here are some new additions to my 2012 Bird Species List. I've had some of these shots set aside for a while and I have several other species that I'm still hoping to get better shots of. My sighting count is currently at 152 and my capture count is at 151. I may have more, but I need to sort through some photos and figure out if my Flycatcher shots are of the same or different species. My final count last year was 138 so I have definitely surpassed that for 2012.

The Lazuli Bunting is a lifer for me and the Red-eyed Vireo is my first capture.
