EXPLORED ON 22 APRIL 2009 - # 135
I took my father to the beach this morning to witness the sunrise along with him. Knowing that he is a lover of the Sun, I wanted to give him this visual treat this morning. We enjoyed every bit of it as nature put on show one of the best sunrises I have seen.
As we were returning back to our car, I turned to look back and the sun, and found this scene. The pole with the wires in between are usually used by peddlers to sell their wares in the evening. The sun was caught right in the middle of this mesh, and I could not resist making a photograph. As I focused and started clicking a few, an angel blessed me by sending a crow to perch on the post. Voilá.
I dedicate this image to my photography guru Prabhakaran, who is always teaching me new tricks in capturing light.
Photographed with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II, and Canon EF 24-105mm F4 IS USM L Lens. Handheld. Color Balancing using Aperture 2.1.3.
