Sedge Warbler (Acrocephalus schoenobaenus)

A slightly different take on the 'normal' shots of Sedge Warbler - creeping around in the vegetation in the Top Garden on the Isle of May.

Sedge Warblers are regular passage migrants passing through the island in Spring and Autumn and normally occur as 'singles' although in May 1970, an astonishing 200+ were recorded on one day !!
