    Hot pepper paste - 8 litres stored in an Onggi. Recipe by the amazing Maangchi who showed me how to make it. In two more months it will be ready to eat!

      Not yet - mid January :) Can't wait!!! I have stirred it a couple of times and taken a sneaky taste - it is not quite there yet.
