시금치나물 - Sigeumchi Namul

Spinach side dish. One of my most favorites. This was the best yet - with the best sesame oil in Korea (that I bought directly from the ajumma and ajusshi who make it at the market in Seoul) and silgochu which I couldn't buy in NZ (but bought 4 bags in Korea).
