      Thanks Reinier - I prefer my egg yolks not to be dried out :) That was 10 minutes from boiling but normally I only do 8 so the center is even softer - but still firm.

      I totally agree with the Dutchguy- this is the best boiled egg ever for Naengmyeon, on top of the gorgeous presentation of the entire thing. You should start teaching people working at K-restaurants around the world. Some Koreans don't seem to realize how bad it looks when the cooked egg shows green-blueish color on the edges!
