      Radish kimchi called kkaktugi looks so good! And ojingeochae muchim (seasoned dried shredded squid) and kongjorim (soy bean side dish) look awesome! All these dishes will go with booze! : )

      Everyone here LOVES ojingeochae muchim even though it is extremely unusual for us to eat dried fish. I had to make a second batch with double the squid. The fourth dish (top right) is uhmook bokkeum (spicy stir fried fish cakes).
