Beryl (Aquamarine)

This 15,256-carat (kg, or 6.8 lb) natural beryl (aquamarine) crystal is exceptional for its size and clarity. Its near perfect shape and few internal flaws indicate that it grew in ideal conditions. Large crystals of this quality are rarely preserved; usually they are cut into gems.
