KOPrime Iceberg Lettuce Wedge
The cube of lettuce was refreshing and crispy. It was slightly overshadowed by the omnipresent blue cheese dressing. I found it a bit overwhelming and heavy-handed. The crispy fried shallots/onions were a nice textural addition though. Bacon was also noted, but didn't really standout, especially when smothered with the cheese sauce. This dish reminds me that I must get around to making an iceberg lettuce wedge salad in the summer.
