Potluck Entry: Bacon wrapped cheese-stuffed mushroom caps
DC#3's entry was a stuffed mushroom cap with spiced cream cheese topped with bacon. Wow. This was a rich dish. DC saved me the largest mushroom caps, which was super nice. I found the cheese a bit overpowering for the sweet caps (which were perfectly done btw). The bacon made this super rich dish even richer, but I would say it definitely fit the tapas theme and was a success.
