GrandChineseCuisine Mid-meal Dessert buffet
Black sesame roll was the best version I've tried. It was freshly toasted (sesames), and very granular (the way I like it). The mango jelly was also very sweet and tasted of fruit. The boudin of papaya was topped with a refreshing layer of coconut. Bravo. The melon ball in the forefront was filled with sweet custard. All of these pastries were prepared by the dim sum chef, and were pretty much the only dishes I enjoyed that evening.
