SelDeLaTerre Duck Soup
Smoked Duck Soup served with a duck pastrami on toast. Doused with truffle oil again. I think they love truffle oil here. They must buy it by the gallon! The soup was just okay. I didn't sense a bit of smoke, nor was there any pastrami spicing on the duck.
