Homemade cajun-style fish
I used a homemade cajun rub and oven-fried these cod fillets from Whole Foods. They were lovely, moist and crisp on the outside. Outstanding! DC said it was the best fish they've ever had. I served it with a cajun spiced mayo and some sweet potato fries.
