Ron's BBQ Platter
This is what he fixed us: cornbread + potato salad + pulled pork with his special medium-spiced sauce. Brilliant. The BEST BBQ I've ever had in my entire life. OMG. I loved how the pork wasn't completely pulled apart. It was nice, fatty, and incredibly moist. I tried the spicy sauce...and it was HOT. a mix would have been perfect, but this was easy for on-the-go eating.
