Rum scented Carrot cake with golden raisins, Sicilian pistachio and condensed milk ice cream. I found their ice creams to be wonderful, but overall, the dish was just 'okay'. There was no 'wow factor' to the dessert. The flavours were not as 'punchy' as I would have liked. The rum flavour wasn't spotlighted in the cake, nor was the cake moist.
