(Not so "Wild") greens

Winter cress.

 

Gary refers to this as "DRY-LAND cress," as oppsed to the more familiar "water cress" greens.

 

His grandparents and parents used to gather it where they found it growing wild in the northern part of Virginia.

 

He got these at the local grocery store, but we might try growing some in the garden at some point.
