010-When you don't know how to trust
Ania has to work with many people who find it difficult to trust other people. Imagine growing up and being pressed by parents to study, study, study all through one's teen years and early twenties and then ending up working with people with a similar upbringing. This is Ania's world, working with people who have never learned to share, to trust other people to do what you are doing.
What you see here is a norm - day in, day out. You may think that these people need help, but who is going to break into a clique and explain that a large proportion need help in learning to trust other people? Rather you than me.
