A female urinal, I had never heard of anything like this. (And yes, I doubled-checked the front door, it was a pink sign that said women). Evidentially it is also common for women to carry around tissues in their purses for toilet paper and hand sanitizer and hand towel (since most of the restrooms were without them)

***Edit: I received an email clarifying that this is in fact a urinal for men. It was placed in a stall in the women's bathroom so that if a woman was traveling with a small boy, he could use the urinal.
