Lola Chef's Table - Dessert
Cory sent up a sampling of three new desserts. Not sure which of these (if any) are going to be on the new menu.
The bleu cheese and mango dessert had a lovely caramel sauce and some nice plump local berries.
Zucchini cake with ice cream was great, as was the "tropical drink" with the silly umbrella. Sort of a piña colada theme - coconut and pineapple.
Accompanied by a light and floral sauternes.
