Lotus of Siam Thai Buffet
While this may not look like much, this is plate 2 of 4 from the best Thai food I've ever had. Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas has EXCELLENT food. Last time through Vegas we had their dinner and were VERY impressed. This time through we found out they did a lunch buffet and had to try. While they didn't have much selection, everything was great.
The chicken and zucchini is flavored with mint and hot peppers. The phat thai was some how better than the phat thai I've had at every other Thai restaurant I've ever been in. The fried wonton pocket in the middle had a sweet curry paste. Fried broccoli served with a honey tasting sauce. And last, that isn't an egg roll like you think. It is a banana egg roll. What a GREAT idea, and that is just this plate. They did have a few other items worth mentioning, but you should just go and experience it yourself. Google "Lotus of Siam Vegas", you won't be disappointed.
