Baked Pork Chop, Spinach, and Vegetable Rice
Baked pork chop with Slap Ya Mama seasoning and bread crumbs. This was served with pan fried spinach (CSA) and hot peppers as well as rice cooked with baby carrots (CSA), peas (CSA), and fresh dill (CSA).
Sad to see it go, but that was the last of the fresh spinach. Now all that I have left is blanched and frozen spinach from the CSA.
