Milling grain
My parents live down the road from War Eagle Mill, a restored water wheel grain mill from the 1800's. They continue to grind various cool grains there, selling flours, bread mixes, and the like. They also run a nice little restaurant above the store, and several of us went there yesterday for breakfast. This is part of the mill, spinning away as they ground blue corn to meal.
