Ingredients for a real smoothie

To make your own tropical smoothie, you can use any tropical fruit in the quantities you think suit you.

 

DIY smoothie here with apple banana, papaya, strawberry guava, lilikoi (passion fruit), mango, and pomelo (all self-picked except for the banana). Mix with water / ice. Add cream, milk or yogurt if desired. Blend thoroughly and you are done. Cheers.
