Indiana Transportation Museum's 2017 Holiday Train rests in a siding near Kokomo Grain's Kokomo, Indiana plant. The train consisted of 4 brown and orange passenger cars and one locomotive (not visible at the far end of the train) leased from Iowa Pacific, and one of the US Rail locomotives leased from GMTX, which US Rail has used on the Kokomo Grain-owned Winamac Southern Railway between Logansport and Kokomo for the past couple years. The train appears to have finished its excursion schedule for the year, as the train did not appear to have moved over the New Year's holiday weekend.
For lack of a better spot to shoot from, this is the view from the driver's side rearview mirror of my car, as I happened to get a red light right after passing the train, and just happened to have the camera handy. Unfortunately the mirror had not been cleaned for photographs immediately prior to taking this shot, hence the slightly lower photo quality.
