This is one of the stall along Smith Street Food Centre at Chinatown. This stall sell all types of Ngoh Hiang such as shrimp crackers, fried meat fritters, beancurd (tau kwa) and fish cakes. You select your choice and then they will cut them up and serve the food are with chilli sauce as dipping.
