    The recipe:

    Sriwanti says, "I made mine quite
    large becoz I had a lot of filling and only 40 mandu skin and it made exactly 40
    'quite huge' mandu. :D

    U r right about the tofu! It does give another layer of
    texture to the mandu. I like this recipe more than chinese style that I usually
    made. :)"
