Jane says, " I made this gamja tang last night for the FIRST TIME - it came out so delicious! Better than restaurant style (no MSG!) and I loved your tip about boiling the pork for 7 minutes and removing the fat water.

 

My friend enjoyed this with me and said this was not "nukkihae" (greasy/oily) but still very tasty and juicy!"
