Patty Pan Squash

Organic squash, yet. I bought a few, but as I'm not a fan of baked stuffed squash (too much trouble and don't want to use the oven in summer) I never quite know how to slice these suckers for cooking. They're fairly dense in texture, so big quartered chunks in a stew work pretty well.
