Part 2 - Baked Fish
02.17.07 : Being that my mom usually cooks everything for CNY, I offered to do the fish dish this year now that I have my own kitchen. 年年有餘, sorta meaning "may there be surpluses every year."
Clockwise:
a) Got 3 Branzino's, a whitefish for about $8.99/lb
b) Layered the sauce on the bottom, threw on the fish, then covered with remainder
c) After 55 minutes at 350 degrees in the oven!
d) Ready for chow-time!
