White Chocolate Mousse
I made an attempt to make white chocolate mousse, and this is the result. It looks good, but it was very sweet and the structure wasn`t good.
- I melted 400g of white chocolate au bain marie
- added three spoons of whipped cream, and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes
- then I added another 200ml of whipped cream
- I beat up five egg whites and added it together with a little sugar, and finally put it in the fridge for 3 hours to set
I served it with raspberries and amaretto on the bottom of the glass, and cacao and white chocolate shavings on top.
