Fruit and Yogurt Lunch Salad

Adapted from "Mojito" Fruit and Yogurt Plate Vegetarian Times, May 2008.


1 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed

1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1 medium D'anjou pear, cubed

1/2 c fresh blueberries

12 c fresh raspberries

1 (6 oz.) container fat-free vanilla yogurt

2 tsp. flax seeds

Ground cinnamon to taste


Combine the fruit together in a large bowl. Divide fruit among individual bowls. Top with a dollop of yogurt. Sprinkle with flax seeds and cinnamon.
