Looks to me like a "New Years party". Is that guy, trying to figure out, how or if he should help?

It looks like it's 90% dishes and 10% glasses. What kind of New Year's party is that? My after-party mess is usually a lot of bottles and maybe a bowl for the nuts.

Ernie, at my parties the nuts never leave and usually start bowling with the empty bottles and any stray grapefruits.

And, let's not kid ourselves folks, he's not looking at her trying to figure out how to help. He's doing mental math until she'll be done and ready to come to bed...Ah, the 60's, thank you, not again.
