Flaky Blueberry Scones
It is the weekend, and so I am baking.
Most scone recipes I see on the web have you knead the dough, form it into a circle, and cut out the scone similar to pie slices.
My recipe instructs me to form a large rectangle, then I figure out how to get as many semi-uniform triangles out of it that I can.
My way leaves misshapen leftover bits that I form into monster scones.
