Cherimoya Split
Good enough to scoop out and eat , but I would have liked to prepare this salsa instead:
10 strawberries, stems removed and cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 cherimoya, peeled, seeded and diced in 1/4-inch pieces
1 teaspoon chopped mint
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoon lime juice
In a bowl, combine the strawberries, cherimoyas, mint, orange juice, and lime juice. Mix well --serve over vanilla soy kreme, flambe plantain, etc.
Yum.
