Nilla Cookie Tart with Vegan Lemon Curd and Baked Blueberry

Bake tart, prepare and cook curd- layer on cookie, top with blueberries and pop back into the oven 5 minutes. Soft chewy cookie, warm sweet curd and juicy blueberries.
