Almond Maple Scones

11/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2-1/2 Tbsp vegetable margarine, cut into small chunks
Egg Replacer for 1 egg
1/2 cup soy creamer
1/2 cup chopped almonds
For Glaze
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place flour, almond meal, oats, sugar, salt and baking powder in the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse several times until the mixture takes on the texture of a flour. Add the maple syrup and margarine pieces to the food processor and pulse until it is evenly distributed. Add the replacer, milk and process until dough is formed.
Place in a greased pie pan and bake 15-20 minutes then cut into eight- drizzle with glaze.
