Peppery Papaya

1 cup agave syrup

1 tablespoon fresh tarragon

1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

1 tablespoon dry mustard

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup EVOO

1/4 cup minced red onion

4 tablespoons papaya seeds

 

Place all in blender and puree- dressing great over salad greens. Keeps a week or so.
