Asian Raddichio Slaw

Bitter and sweet.

Slice raddichio thin and chop some scallions. Saute the scallions in some sesame oil add the raddichio and allow to wilt a bit. Add rice vinegar, agave, and ginger to taste. Sprinkle with some sesame. Incredibly good.
