Egg Replacer for 3 eggs
1 tsp EVOO
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp warm water
1/2 cup sifted flour
6 tbsp cornstarch
Pinch of cream of tartar
Combine all ingredients, roll out and cut. Place in cake pan and bake 350 degrees 25 minutes until golden. Makes 6.
