Ghoulish Knock Your Teeth Out Cuppies
Cross Section: Cupcake Massacre....Strawberry Vegan Jello Inside a Vanilla Cuppie, Vanilla ButterCream and Strawberry Coulis "Blood" with Vegan Gummy Teeth.
Recipe:
3 cups cake flour, sifted
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Replacer for 1 Egg
3/4 cup vegetable margarine
1 cup vanilla soy yogurt
Combine all ingredients --pour into lined muffin tins- fill half 1/2 way and bake in pre-heated oven 350 degrees 20 minutes. Cool. Cut plug from middle, fill with strawberry Jello - replug. Ice with Vanilla Buttercream.
Drizzle with Strawberry jelly and top with gummy teeth.

Jello-- Puree 2 cuppies of strawberries. Combine 4 tbsps agar agar with 5 cups berry juice and bring to a boil - add puree and stir well. refrigerate until firm.
