Homemade Soy Kreme Cheeze with Herbed Tomato, Black Olive on Ciabatta

This was super satisfying for a quick supper.

2 cups soy yogurt

1 tbsp pepper

2 tsp cumin

1 tsp lemon zest

1/2 tsp celery seed

 

Mix all ingredients- line a strainer with cheesecloth and fold the mixture into the strainer, wrap up and refrigerate 48 hours.

Use as a spread- you can put other veggies and herbs in as well...just mince them up first - experiment!

 

For the tomato I stewed them about 15 min and then strained, added EVOO and herbs-basil, rosemary and thyme and refrigerated 48 hours also.
