Kiwi Stuffed Pancake
I was cleaning out the pantry this morning and found some marmalade my Dad had canned before he passed away.
What better way to celebrate him then with his favorite stuffed pancakes vegan style!
One pancake filled with a purree of kiwi, banana, and a dabble of marmalade sweetness.
