Peachy Bartlett Pear Tart

Cu up 6 peaches and 2 pears for 1 large pie.

Add 5 tbsp agave syrup and 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cardamom.

Layer peachs first, then pears. Cover with more crust and bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until browned and bubbly.

One large tart feeds 8.
