Jerked Papaya Salad

Shred a handful of cabbage, green papaya and toss with fresh mint.

Add 1 cup dehydrated sliced seasoned "veggie beef" (this is first stir fried in tamari, agave, and red pepper flakes and then placed in a dehydrator 2 hours) and top with chopped peanuts.

Wisk 4 tsp tamari with 1/4 cup olive oil and a tsp agave and 1 tsp minced jalapenos.

Enjoy.
