Strawberry Rhubarb Pie 2009

I made this in a pan- pressed the crust- Cut 1 cup cake flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, pinch of salt and 2 tbsp vegetable shortening together- press down and bake 10 minutes.

Clean, slice and cook 4 stalks rhubarb with 1 cup pomegranate juice, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Stir in 4 tbsp agar and 1/2 cup strawberries. Pour on top of crust and bake 20 minutes. Refrigerate.

Cut and dust with powdered sugar.
