PearappleTart with Oatmeal Almond Crust

Recipe: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1 cup almond meal

1/4 cup wheat flour

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/4 cup raw sugar

3 tbsp Smart Balance

 

Combine and press into pan. (I used a 6-inch tart pan)

 

1 Granny Smith Apple

2 Red Apple (your favorite sweet)

1 Bosc Pear

 

Peel and slice- toss with 1 tbsp almond paste, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tsp cardamom.

Arrange over crust and bake 35-40 minutes.
