Berries and Cheezecake in Puff Pastry

Recipe to follow later today.

 

1 recipe puff pastry- stacked and cut ( previous recipe), then baked and cooled.

6 oz Tofutti cream cheeze

10 oz silken tofu

1/3 cup soy creamer

1/3 cup arrowroot

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp agave syrup

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

Egg Replacer for 2 eggs

Fresh Berries

Soy Cream

 

Combine all cheezecake ingredients- bake in oven proof pan at 400 degrees 45 minutes. Cool. Spoon into pastry shells.

Decorate with fruit and soy cream.
