Tiramisu Cheezecake

Tiramisu "Cheezecake”

 

This cake is three layers- a cheesecake layer and two cake layers…

 

Ladyfinger Cake Layer:

 

2 cups flour

Replacer for 3 eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 cup vegetable margarine

1 cup Stevia

1/2 cup soy milk

½ cup white carob chips

3 tbsp Coffee Liqueur

 

Combine ingredients. Grease and flour 2 round cake pans- bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and cool.

 

Coffee Syrup:

 

½ cup Stevia

½ cup strong coffee

2 tbsp Coffee Liqueur

 

Mix and spoon over ladyfinger cake layers – refrigerate.

 

Cheezecake:

 

16 oz Tofutti “Cream Cheeze”

1 Cup Stevia

Egg Replacer for 2 eggs

4 tbsp flour

Soy Creamer by the tsp as needed (if too stiff)

 

Cream together ingredients. Pour into spring pan and bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes, cool 20 minutes then refrigetate.

 

2 cups Almond Kreme or non-diary whipped topping filling

 

Assemble:

Cake Layer/ Almond Kreme / Cheezecake /Almond Kreme / Cake Layer

 

Decorate with melted carob chips and dark chocolate covered espresso beans.
