3/4 cup cake flour

3/4 cup pastry flour

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

Egg Replacer for 6 eggs

1 cup raw sugar

1 cup packed dark brown sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped and melted

½ cup white chocolate chips

 

Mix dry ingredients, then add egg replacer and then fold in melted chocolate and vanilla. Add chips.

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

Drop dough by the spoon fill on silpat and bake until done-10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.
